Is your business, book club, fitness group or family the "Fittest on the Farm"?
Register your group in the Fitness Challenge and then begin encouraging your employees, friends, family and others to enter the Farmers 5000 and select your group from the list of those participating. The group with the most entries to its name wins fun gifts from Wheat Ridge businesses and of course, major bragging rights. So whether you use this as a team building opportunity, a way to create awareness for your products and services, or simply a means to give back to the community, you will want to get involved!
Find your group on the drop-down menu on the registration page. Don't see your group? Go ahead and add it - it's free to join! Need more information? Contact us at michelle@rightstartevents.com.
RUNNERS PARTICIPATING ON BEHALF OF A GROUP IN THE FITNESS CHALLENGE MUST REGISTER ONLINE ONLY. ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES AT MIDNIGHT ON FRIDAY, SEPT. 14.
*One more thing - Elementary Schools and WRHS school groups are excluded from winning the Fitness Challenge. Instead, area elementary schools compete for the cash prizes generously donated by the Wheat Ridge Optimists in the Elementary School Challenge. WRHS school groups should encourage runners to select their group from the list of school groups and $10 of their entry will go directly to your group.
